Lokal Affair

Musician and DJ coming from Tunis, Lokal Affair now spend most of his days between Lyon (FR), Luxembourg and Berlin (DE). Outrageously productive, he saw his tracks going out on electronic music and downtempo labels like Sweet Musique, Boomarm Nation, Deep Bali Records, Echoes From Venus or Shika Shika. His sound is characterized by a mix of old tribal songs and percussions with modern drum machines and electronic bass lines. His knowledge of Tunisian traditions and music, and his exploration of other native cultures made him create a unique sound from thoroughly digged samples.
